I love those waffels and they are keto friendly ! Hope you will enjoy recipe as well...feel free to comment and attach your pictures of beautiful foodstyling :-)..

3eggs, 30g  100% dark chocolate, 63g almond butter, 25g nut flour ( almond etc ), 1/2 tsp of bakin powder, some whip cream and berries for decorating..

FATSO totally changed our daily fats intake and especially helped our son with his special diet. Loaded with amazing and healthy fats, MCT oil and flax, this is hybrid and super loaded deliciousness...taste a bit bitter comparing to the regular peanut butters and the texture is a bit more watery, but love cooking and baking with it..all the fat you need in this jar.

honey ??? brown sugar?? or no sugar ?!

This is a question I am getting all the time...

Can I use honey ? Honey is healthy and good...


Sugar is still sugar...no matter if its honey, brown sugar or any other sugar.... 

So the best is no sugar....or you can use naturally sweet fruit ( with low glycemic index - berries ).

Sweeteners - should be still use with caution and only if necessary.. I prefer swerve powdered sugar ( for some baking ) and munk fruit sweetener...very close to the natural sugar taste


I know all the NO SUGAR sounds awful..but after you cut your sugar, your taste buds change. I am really enjoying now naturally sugarfree food and baking without any sweeteners and anything with only a bit of sugar taste awfully sweet. Your taste for food, flavours and spices will sharpen up when your addiction to sugar is gone <3

Super easy and quick..keto friendly, low carb and no sugar added...if you want to ad sugar, use a bit of swerve or munk fruit :-). They taste so yummy !


1 mascarpone, 1 full fat sour cream, 1 home made cream cheese ( or store bought one )

mix all together and put into the freezer for hour or two...

after its frozen, pour a melted 100% dark chocolate over  and freeze again.

I thought the worst for me will be get rid of cakes and sugar but honestly the worst part surprisingly was potatoes ...

I grew up in a family of meat&potato lunches and dinners..

Potatoes always meant for me comfort food especially in a fall and winter ...

My mashed KETO potatoes .. loaded with heavy cream and tons of butter, so when u blend it it’s so sticky and creamy 🙂... using cauliflower and shredded cheese, garlic, broccoli and to ad the starchy stickiness, I cheat with one potato per whole pot of mashed... to ad a feeling, stickiness and starchy texture .. and also 1 small carrot 🙂..

Very very close to regular mashed and they taste aweeesome :)







KETO home made pasta

My very own recipe for Keto pasta dough i was trying for a while ... adjusted and measured all ingrediences finally and can’t wait to share on one of my classes! This recipe is a game changer ! For me, spending lots of time in Italy, being without sweets it’s easier than without a pasta.. Konjac pasta is alternative, but not very tasty! This pasta is keto Friendly, low carb and gluten free !

This is called German “hot love”.. traditional dessert I adjusted to Keto... reminds me childhood in all the old fashioned restaurants in Europe ❤️❤️❤️... hot fresh raspberries, layers of home made whip and shot of espresso 🙂.. originally the recipe has vanilla ice cream ( so if you have SUGARFREE u can use some too;).. easy, sooo yummy and with all the fat I need :)

Risotto without a rise :-))...my really favourite and super tasty recipe!

Ingredients:

*************

ghee or lard

1 middle cauliflower

1 middle zuccini

2 middle white onions

300 g fresh mushrooms ( wild ones are the best )

400 g chicken breast

2 tbsp fresh thyme

1 glass of dry white wine

1 cup of chicken stock

200 ml whip cream

3 garlic cloves

salt

Mix cauliflower in a mixer covered with water, until you see small pieces looks like rice:-)...

Cut zucchini into pieces, ad into the mixer with water and mix into small pieces...drain the vegetable and set aside...

Roast on a frying pan ghee o lard, onion, meat and roast 10 min, then ad mushrooms, thyme, wine and stir 5 minutes...then ad the vegetable rice and roast on high heat...pour the stock and let bubble for 5 minutes...ad whip cream and chopped garlic and cook until veggies are soft..ad salt, if you want also parmesan cheese and garnish with some fresh herbs and olive oil:-)

bacon quiche

1 sweet potato

1 tbsp olive oil

6-8 eggs

100g bacon

leek, spring onion, spinach, garlic, tomatoes, salt, pepper

cut sweet potato into slices...mix them with oil, salt, pepper and put on the bottom of the baking sheet, also on the sides of the baking sheet..bake for 30 minutes for 160 celsius...

on frying pan roast together bacon, onion, garlic and other veggies...put this mixture onto the baked potatoes and pour mixed eggs with salt and pepper.....bake another 30 min for 160 celsius...make sure you pop all the bubbles on the cake...this quiche is amazing cold or warm.

baked orient cauliflower

1 cauliflower

100 g hard cheese

3 tbsp of olive oil

bunch of pine nuts

turmeric, chilli, caraway seed, salt, pepper

cut cauliflower into pieces and sprinkle with olive oil... mix cheese in a blender ..ad all the spices into the cheese and stir well..cover the cauliflower with the cheese mixture and press nicely so it holds good on it..roll in a pine nuts...bake 15 min for 200 celsius

Mole’s cake...gluten free and If you choose berries instead banana, keto and low carb ! No sugar needed ! Whip cream with mashed banana adding the sweetness ... Parisian whip cream with dark cocoa powder is sooo delicious ! This cake takes a bit more time but definitely worth it ! Loaded with tons of coconut oil and freshly made almond flour !

Mozzarella pizza crust

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

¾ cups almond flour

½ teaspoon oregano

½ teaspoon paprika

½ teaspoon red chili flakes

½ teaspoon pepper

put all ingrediences except the almond flour into the bowl and microwave until soft and melted....ad almond flour and knead the dough together...ad your favourite topings...Cook at 350°F for 30-40 minutes.

Pumpkin GAPS bread

2 cups of almond flour

1 cup of pumpkin puree or cooked pureed pumpkin

4 eggs

2 tbsp of ghee

Mix all ingrediences togehter until soft mixture... Put into the baking form for bread and bake for 1 hour and 20 min for 150°C.
